I begrudgingly arose around 6am this morning, weighed in and headed for the gym. The verdict from the scale was 211 lbs down 4.2 lbs from yesterday. I know that a large part of that is normal daily fluctuation, but at least the fluctuation is in the right direction.
My plan is evolving day by day - I've decided to slightly modify the way I track my food intake, by only doing so from when I wake up until I leave work. One of my biggest problems is all the junk I consume while sitting in front of my computer for most of the day, plus it's pretty hard to pin down decent nutritional information on homemade dinners.
