A Tough Hour

A Tough Hour
A Tough Hour is ten sets each, of six different exercises, done circuit-style for ten rounds, at one minute intervals totalling sixty minutes of work. The number of reps in the first round is low, allowing plenty of time for recovery. Through the first five rounds, the number of reps increases progressively, allowing less time for recovery. The sixth round has the same reps as the fifth round and each subsequent round has a reduction in reps until the tenth round, which should equal the first in terms of reps. Correctly setup, rounds five, six and seven are barely accomplishable. As soon as I can do the whole workout; I will add one or two reps to each interval. Exercises are done with body-weight or light resistance. Strive for balance in arms, core and legs
