Twenty Minute Pumpfest

This is a simple hangboard workout done for ten, two-minute intervals. The goal being to build freakish amounts of endurance without tweaking my tendons. I use the good, rounded slopers on my hangboard and hang for some portion of each two minute interval, resting for the balance. For example, hang for thirty-five seconds, and then rest for eighty-five. I try to do this for all ten intervals, and when I can do it, I adjust work up by five seconds per interval and the rest down by five seconds, thereby keeping the interval at two minutes. There are many possible variations to this, but I like the twenty minute workout because it is enough to get a good pump going, and it seems like it gives good results.
